What should I do if my debit and/or credit card is lost or stolen?

If your debi (Servicard VPAY and VPAY Young) and/or credit card is lost or stolen, you must immediately block your card by calling SIX Payment Services on +352 49 10 10, in order to prevent any fraudulent use.
This number can be called 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please note:

You can block your credit card only, either temporarily or permanently in real time through the BILnet app. This service is available 24/7, with the exception of BILnet maintenance periods.

If you block your card permanently, you will receive a new one automatically.

Select the card you want to block in the app by clicking on the Management tab, or go to Contact > Block my card.
