What should I do if my debit and/or credit card is lost or stolen?

If your debit (Servicard VPAY and VPAY Young) and/or credit card (VISA) is lost or stolen, you must immediately block your card by calling Worldline on +352 49 10 10, in order to prevent any fraudulent use.
This number can be called 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please note:
You can block your credit card or debit card temporarily / your credit card only permanently in real time through the BILnet app. This service is available 24/7, with the exception of BILnet maintenance periods.
Select the card you wish to block in the application by clicking on the “Management” tab, or from the “Contact” section, “Block my card”.
