In order to make getting into contact with your relationship manager easier, you can choose your preferred BIL branch from the 30 situated in the heart of the country and the 10 located along the borders.
Our branches’ opening hours are designed to suit cross-border workers; they do not close at lunchtime and have longer opening hours until 7 p.m. on Wednesdays.
This means that you can meet your relationship manager without having to juggle your schedule!
The Contact and Services Centre is also available to answer any questions over the phone from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday.
