Please note that ordering a new card is subject to applicable fees.


Depending on the day your order was placed, the maximum time it will take to deliver your card is around ten days.
Where will my new debit and/or credit card and PIN be sent, and how long will it take?


In an emergency, it’s possible to receive your card and PIN within 48 hours and for an additional €75. However, this option only applies to Visa credit cards.
