There are a number of reasons why an ATM could take your debit and/or credit card (if you enter the wrong PIN three times in a row, if you forget to remove your card after the transaction, if the ATM malfunctions, etc.).
If this occurs at one of BIL’s servibank+ ATMs, we recommend that you permanently block your card via BILnet.
Once your card has been blocked, you will still be able to make payments using Apple Pay or Google Pay with your replacement card, which will be visible in your online banking solution before you receive the physical card.
Your new card will be sent to you as quickly as possible.
You can also contact our Client service, the BIL Client Care Center, at (+352) 4590-5000 to request a replacement card.
Even without a bank card, you can still withdraw money from a BIL servibank+ ATM using the QuickMoney™ cardless withdrawal function. This QuickMoney™ cardless withdrawal function for smartphones allows you to make free cash withdrawals from all BIL servibank+ ATMs without using your debit and/or credit card.

However, if this occurs at any other ATM, we advise that you immediately block your card by calling Worldline on +352 49 10 10 or using BILnet, your online banking service, in order to prevent any fraudulent use.
