What should I do if I forget the PIN for my debit and/or credit card?

Please call BIL Direct Centre on +352 4590-5000 or send a secure message through the BILnet online banking service requesting a PIN reminder, which will be mailed to you without any fee within a few days.

Did you know? If you wish, you can change your card’s PIN at any time at one of BIL’s servibank+ ATMs.

The QuickMoney™ cardless withdrawal function on your smartphone allows you to make free cash withdrawals from all BIL servibank+ ATMs without using your debit and/or credit card.
