You can access your card's PIN code in BILnet at any time:

  • Log on to the BILnet application.
  • Click on the "Cards" tab and then on the card for which you want to know the PIN code.
  • Then click on "Management". 
  • Choose the option "View my PIN code" and make a signature with your LuxTrust product.
  • Your PIN code will be displayed for 8 seconds.

If you do not have access to BILnet, please contact the Client Care Centre on +352 4590-5000 to request a reminder of your PIN code, which will be sent to you by post free of charge a few days later.

QuickMoney™ cardless withdrawal via smartphone is a feature that allows you to withdraw cash free of charge from all BIL Servibank+ ATMs without using a bank card.
For an additional fee of €75, you can receive your PIN code within 48 hours by post (excluding public holidays).


Did you know? You can also change your card PIN code at any time at one of BIL's Servibank+ ATMs.
