There are a number of ways to access our BILnet web banking service:
Using a PC, connect to BILnet via the official website bil.com. Select your preferred authentication method (LuxTrust Mobile app, Scan, etc.), then enter your LuxTrust credentials (User ID and password). Scan the QR code displayed on your computer with the LuxTrust Mobile app or LuxTrust Scan. If you are using the LuxTrust Mobile app, confirm the request and enter the displayed code on your computer. You are now connected.
On a smartphone, download the BILnet Mobile app and select “already a client”.
On a tablet, you can either connect using a web browser or through the application (the app is the recommended option for a tablet).
