Do you want to suspend your LuxTrust product?

If you have mislaid your LuxTrust product or want to render it unusable for a short period, you can suspend it online. You can then reactivate it within 30 days. Beyond this, your certificate will be revoked automatically and be unusable. You will have to order a new one at your own expense.
To suspend your certificate, go to your MyLuxTrust area and My certificate > Suspend temporarily or contact LuxTrust customer service at +(352) 24 550 550 or by email: questions@luxtrust.lu

If you no longer have your initial codes, you can then contact LuxTrust customer service at +(352) 24 550 550 or by email: questions@luxtrust.lu from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00.

Do you want to block your LuxTrust product permanently because it has probably been used by a fraudster ?

If your LuxTrust device is no longer under your control or has been stolen, or if you want to ensure it can never be used again, then cancel your certificate online. However, this action is irreversible. If you subsequently want to use a LuxTrust product, you will have to order a new one at your own expense.
