Your customer ID is required for all your remote communications with the bank. You can find it easily in your BILnet online banking.

  • Via the mobile app:
    Open the BILnet app and log in by pressing “Access my accounts”. Then, click on the “Profile” icon to view your Customer ID.
    Please note that your customer ID is only visible if you have upgraded to version 7.5.22 of the BILnet app.

  • On a computer:
    Log in to BILnet using your usual LuxTrust details. Click on “My connection” in the menu bar and access your Customer ID.
