With the paperless option, you will no longer receive your usual bank documents by post, but only through BILnet online banking, where they will be accessible 24/7 using your mobile or computer. This will also allow you to avoid the charges associated with sending statements by post.

If you haven’t yet gone Paperless (something that in theory happens when you open your account), you can do so via secure messenger in our BILnet online banking service from your computer or mobile directly via secure messaging in our BILnet online banking service our online banking service BILnet on computer and mobile.
