As a BIL client, the DocuSign signing process is simple and fully digital:

  • You receive an email notification from DocuSign inviting you to review and sign a document;
  • You open the document, review its contents, complete any required fields, and sign electronically in just a few clicks;
  • The document then follows a predefined signing workflow and is automatically sent to the next signer, if applicable;
  • Once all required signatures have been completed, all signers receive a final signed copy of the document for their records.
