To find out more about the various mortgage options available, there are 2 simulators available online. You can:
- Simulate your mortgage
- Begin a mortgage application
The simulators use indicative lending rates.
A tailor-made offer, according to the specificities of each request, will be established by BIL. If you begin the mortgage application online, a Housing Advisor will contact you to tailor your offer and finalise the details.
Already a client at BIL?
Access BILnet from your computer or smartphone.
From the computer, tablet:
- Connect to BILnet
- In the menu on the left, select “Products > Loans > Mortgage > Simulate”
From the BILnet app:
- Open the BILnet mobile app
- Click on “Offer > Loans > Mortgage > Simulate”
In-branch:
Alternatively, you can book an appointment book an appointment at a branch to carry out a personalised simulation directly with a Housing Advisor.
To obtain a mortgage from our bank, you must have financial ties with Luxembourg, whether through your tax residence, employment contract or business, or through other sources of income.
