Preferably use the name shown on the RIB (bank identity statement) or, if unavailable, the name near the IBAN on the invoice or payment request. If in doubt, contact the beneficiary for confirmation.   • Acronymes, abbreviations, or trade names may trigger alerts.
  • Check that the invoices you issue display the exact name of your account. If you change or correct your invoices, inform your service providers and/or suppliers as soon as possible
