When you use this contact form, BIL processes your personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The purpose of the processing is to put you in contact with a suitable member of staff. It is based on BIL’s legitimate interest in ensuring we can be contacted via our website. When you fill in the contact form, we process identification data, your contact details and your status (client or non-client). This personal data will be processed by our Belgium-based service provider, which will automatically erase it after three months. It will not be used for any other purposes whatsoever. You have the right to access, erase and rectify your data, the right to object to and limit processing of your data, the right to data portability and the right to human intervention.
