About the transaction
Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL) is pleased to announce the successful closing of a €159 million senior real estate financing for Technopolis – Gasperich, one of Luxembourg’s largest and most established Grade‑A office campuses, located at 12–12E Rue Guillaume J. Kroll, Cloche d’Or.
The new facility was arranged among a four bank lender group, with commitments as follows:
- Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL)
- Berlin Hyp, the commercial real estate financing center within LBBW Group
- Bank of China Limited Luxembourg Branch
- Eurobank Limited
BIL Corporate Finance acted as Mandated Lead Arranger, Facility Agent, Security Agent and Lender in the transaction.
About the Technopolis Building
Technopolis is a landmark office complex located in Cloche d’Or, one of Luxembourg’s most popular office districts. It comprises six interconnected buildings, including office, technical (data centre) and archive areas, totaling 67,719 square meters, as well as 1,250 parking spaces. It is one of the few campus style assets in Luxembourg with a fully integrated amenity offering, including a reception hub, café, restaurant, nursery and extensive conference facilities.
The property demonstrates strong environmental credentials and is strategically located at the intersection of major highways, offering excellent accessibility via tram, bus, train and motorway connections.
