Elle succède à Nico Picard, qui assumera désormais la fonction de Conseiller du CEO après une remarquable carrière de 37 ans au sein de la Banque, dont neuf années en tant que CFO.<br>Dirigeante franco-américaine de la finance comptant plus de 25 ans d’expérience internationale, Melanie apporte un solide parcours en matière de leadership dans le secteur financier, de transformation, de pilotage de la performance et d’exécution stratégique. Avant de rejoindre la BIL, elle occupait le poste de Group Head of Finance chez Quintet Private Bank et avait précédemment exercé plusieurs fonctions de direction chez Brown Brothers Harriman et Fidelity International. Elle est titulaire d’un Bachelor of Science in Economics du Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).</p>
<p><b>Michaël Bonnier</b> a rejoint la BIL en 2023 en tant que Deputy Chief Compliance Officer et prend aujourd’hui les fonctions de Chief Compliance Officer. Fort de plus de 25 années d’expérience dans les secteurs des services financiers et de l’assurance, dont plus de 20 ans dans des fonctions de direction et de conformité, il est largement reconnu pour son expertise en matière de conformité réglementaire, de gestion des risques et de lutte contre le blanchiment de capitaux et le financement du terrorisme (AML/CFT). Avant de rejoindre la BIL, il a occupé pendant six ans le poste de Chief Compliance Officer chez ING Luxembourg et a exercé, tout au long de sa carrière, plusieurs fonctions de direction dans les domaines juridique, de la conformité et du développement d’activités. Juriste de formation, il est titulaire d’un Master en droit de l’Université catholique de Louvain ainsi que de certifications professionnelles en conformité et en lutte contre le blanchiment.</p>
