<p>Over the last ten years, the partnership has enabled BIL Suisse to achieve high levels of automation across key banking processes, including securities and fund processing, through Avaloq's platform and Banking Operations services. The renewed collaboration reflects both organisations' ambition to further modernise banking operations and enhance the client experience.</p>
<p>Looking ahead, BIL Suisse and Avaloq will focus on joint innovation initiatives built on Avaloq's open architecture. This will allow the bank to securely integrate third-party fintech solutions, strengthen Know Your Customer (KYC) capabilities, improve data connectivity and support more efficient risk management processes.</p>

BIL corrected the relevant data, republished the impacted quarterly reports, and informed itself supervisory authorities and rating agencies of its mistake. Since then, BIL has also reinforced its internal control platform and processes.</p>
<p>The ECB’s decision does not indicate any weakness in BIL’s overall risk profile and financial strength. Throughout the indicated period concerned, BIL remained prudently managed, fully operational, and in compliance with its minimum capital requirements, maintaining a transparent and constructive dialogue with supervisory authorities.</p>
<p>BIL benefits from a strong financial position, underpinned by solid capital and liquidity levels. The Bank remains fully committed to the highest standards of compliance, transparency, and continuous improvement, while continuing to focus on its strategic priorities and on delivering reliable, secure services to its clients.</p>
