BIL's priority is to be a strategic partner for your company.
Our aim:
- To meet all your banking and financial needs by offering access to our trading room so that you can place orders on a wide array of products including FX, equities, bonds, fund units, structured products and precious metals.
- To assist with the issuance of securities and the payment of coupons/dividends as an Issuing and Paying Agent on the international market (ICSD), as well as those of Luxembourg (LuxCSD), France (Euroclear France) and Switzerland (SIX Switzerland).
- To work in our capacity as a Listing Agent to facilitate the listing of securities (bond issuance, standalone issuance, private placement, sovereign bond issuance, equities, IPOs) on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and Euronext Dublin.
- To act as a shared custodian for the following ICSDs: Euroclear Bank & Clearstream Banking (ISAE 3402 certification).
- To prepare reports of all kinds to meet your tax and regulatory needs (MiFID II, EMIR, etc.)
An experienced Relationship Manager takes care of each of our clients in the asset management industry. They act as your point of entry for all BIL services and will be happy to provide information on any additional services or products.
