BIL Office

Our BIL Office Relationship Managers are available by appointment to help you open an account, invest, borrow, save, or with any other project that is important to you. For day-to-day operations (credit transfers, standing orders, etc.), our branches no longer have counters or cash. You can conduct these operations online 24/7 using BILnet or at a servibank+ ATM near your branch.

Before we can advise you, we must get to know you. Our Relationship Managers are available by appointment only to help you make your projects a reality. In order for the appointment to go smoothly, it must be carefully prepared in advance and we must take the time to get to know you in a comfortable setting. This guarantees that your adviser will be available and you will not be disturbed.

BIL Shop

Conveniently located in busy areas, BIL Shop branches offer direct access to assistance from a BIL staff member, with or without an appointment. These branches will provide the same services as a BIL Office, as well as day-to-day operations. This means that a staff member will be available to assist you with transfers, standing orders and deposits/withdrawals. They can also help you set up online banking, which will make your daily life easier. If you need help with your day-to-day operations or getting used to the BILnet app, our staff members will be available on-site to provide assistance. However, if you wish to discuss your future plans, a Relationship Manager is available by appointment to offer guidance on your savings and investment plans, and your borrowing requirements. BIL Shop provides direct and easy access to an adviser and support with your day-to-day banking operations.

BIL House

Here, you can do anything! In addition to BIL Shop services, qualified and experienced advisers guarantee advice tailored to your needs. You can also make an appointment with one of our expert, who will help you realise your your personal and professional goals. Our experts spend time with you to study the answers to your requests. We help you to set up online banking, making your daily life easier. We are also ready to tackle your transactional and wealth management needs.
