Banque Internationale à Luxembourg, société anonymе (“the Bank”), as data controller, processes your personal data in strict compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR). The legal basis for the processing is the performance of a contract.
The purpose of this processing is to collect your personal data to facilitate the electronic signature of your documents.
The following personal data are processed: your first and last names, your position, your signature, as well as any personal data contained in the document to be signed.
The Bank uses the services of DocuSign Ireland, which processes and stores your personal data on Microsoft Azure’s public cloud in Ireland. Your personal data will be stored for a period of ten years from the date of signature of the contract(s) on the platform.
