About the transaction

Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL) Corporate Finance announces the coordination of a €63m senior syndicated financing for Arηs Group, a fast-growing European IT services firm headquartered in Luxembourg that has specialized on the Benelux & European Institutions markets. MML invested in Arηs Group in June 2023 to support the Group in its next growth stage.

BIL Corporate Finance was appointed as Coordinator, Co-arranger, Agent and Lender alongside BGL BNP Paribas as Co-arranger and Lender, ING Luxembourg and Banque de Luxembourg acting as Lenders. This financing provided by the Lenders is a combination of a term loan to refinance existing debt of the Group and revolving facility for working capital purposes.
