BIL has joined the i-Hub platform to facilitate the management of your personal data. i-Hub was founded and continues to be managed in Luxembourg. It provides you with a unique digital platform to control, update and collect documents and data.

Your convenience and the practicality of our online banking are our priority. This partnership meets this objective by offering you to update your data and documents both for our bank and for the various banks that are also partners of i-Hub and of which you are a customer.
Easy and revocable at any time! Reduce your administrative burden in just a few clicks by giving i-Hub your consent to share your data and documents with your various banks. This consent is given once, applies to all your banking relationships and can be revoked at any time.

The i-Hub platform is accessible via the ‘Personal data’ section in BILnet. As soon as you update your data, you will be asked for your consent to share your data in i-Hub.
To benefit from this option, please ensure that you have the latest version of the BILnet application installed on your device.
Please note: Legal representatives and proxies who have been granted power of attorney for one or more accounts may update the account holder's data, provided they have the necessary access rights.
Whether at BIL or via the i-Hub platform, updating your data is a key factor for your security. Why is that?
- Mail from the bank will always arrive at the correct address, even if you have moved.
- If you have changed your telephone number and update it with BIL, we will still be able to contact you. We carry out regular checks to ensure that your LuxTrust certificate is only used by a single mobile phone. By having the correct phone number on file, we can identify you if you change your phone number.
Our tips for more safety :
- The Bank will never ask you to update your details by email or other unsecured channels by asking you to click on a link. The "For you" notification center in your BILnet is the only channel through which the bank will ask you to act.
- Never pass on your LuxTrust or other logins.
