Contact BIL Client Care Center on +352 4590-5000 or through secure messaging in the BILnet web banking service to reset your PIN attempts to zero. Once it has been reset, please wait 15 minutes before making your banking transaction.
If you have forgotten your PIN, you can access your card's PIN code at any time in BILnet. If you do not have access to BILnet, please contact the Client Care Center at +352 4590-5000 to request the recall of your PIN code, which will be sent to you by mail free of charge a few days later. In case of emergency: The QuickMoney™ cardless withdrawal via smartphone is a feature that allows you to withdraw cash for free at all Servibank+ ATMs of BIL without using a bank card. Please note that once your debit and/or credit card has been blocked, the Apple Pay function will no longer be available.
