Fast, easy, and secure, you can meet to discuss your projects from the comfort of your own home using Cisco Webex. Our Relationship Managers can give you the same solid advice and support that you’re used to without needing to move. Face to face, but at a distance.
You can even sign important documentation using our new e-signature function.
What services are available during an online meeting?
An online meeting is just like a normal, physical meeting. Your Relationship Manager can help you find a suitable financing plan for your project such as proposing retirement solutions or helping you to manage your investments for example. Once the planning is done, you can also sign related documents with the E-signature option. The only difference between a physical and online meeting is that can see your Relationship Manager from your holiday space or from your sofa!
How can I book an online meeting?
- Simply visit our dedicated page to request a meeting.
- Select “Online Webex Meeting” from the drop-down menu.
- Your Relationship Manager will get back to you shortly to confirm the time and date, and give you the information you need to connect.
How do I attend an online meeting?
To attend your online meeting, you will use Cisco Webex. It is available online for free, and works on a computer, smartphone, or tablet.
On a computer:
When your meeting has been confirmed by your Relationship Manager, they will send you an email with a link and a password.
Simply click on the link in the email, enter the password, and click Join. You are now connected!
Using a smartphone or tablet:
When your meeting has been confirmed by your Relationship Manager, they will send you an email with a link and a password. First, you need to download the free Cisco Webex app.
Once downloaded, open the app and accept the T&Cs and allow the app to access the microphone and camera. Then, click on the link provided by your Relationship Manager, enter the password, and click Join. You are now connected!
