Becoming a homeowner in Luxembourg

Before buying, we all want to better understand the real estate landscape. Where do prices stand today? How are interest rates evolving? What are reasonable expectations for 2026?

Our mortgage conference aims to answer these questions in a simple and factual way so you can move forward with your project confidently.

Designed for individuals considering the purchase of a residential property, this event will offer an up-to-date overview of Luxembourg’s housing market, with a precise focus on price trends.

It will also highlight the factors likely to influence interest rates and what this means for future buyers, before guiding you through the key steps in preparing your financing application effectively.
