COVID 19 – Branch accessibility

Dear clients,

The situation surrounding the current pandemic calls for the utmost caution, even within the framework of the gradual lifting of lockdown measures.

From 25 May, we will continue to give preference to advisory services by appointment; assistance without an appointment is possible in only a limited number of branches.

To protect both you and our staff, we ask you to always give preference to remote meetings with you Relationship Manager. If it is absolutely necessary for you to visit a branch please check the list of branches that are available and their opening arrangements

In such a case, please ensure that you comply with the following safety measures in everyone’s interest:

Travel only when necessary
Wear a mask
Avoid shaking hands
Wash your hands regularly
Cough or sneeze into your elbow or use a tissue
Avoid close contact with other people (the number of clients in branches is limited)

All our branches are accessible by appointment from 8am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.
